RF Wellness Policy.
Please note that by booking an appointment with Ruth you will be confirming that you have read and fully understand the RF Wellness policy.

1. All services are provided at RF Wellness location only.
​
2. Appointments must be cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance or the deposit will be forfeited.
​
3. If a client fails to show up for an appointment without prior notice, the full fee for the service will be charged for that appointment.
​
4. If a client needs to reschedule their appointment, they must do so within 24 hours of the appointment or the deposit will be forfeited.
​
5. Late arrivals may result in shortened appointment times.
​
6. Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
​
7. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client.
​
8. We reserve the right to modify or cancel these policies at any time
​
9. All gift vouchers are valid for 5 years after date of purchase
​
10. Refunds are not provided for any service(s) and/or gift vouchers purchased.. If you are experiencing an issue with your recently performed service, please reach out to Ruth to discuss it in further detail.
Post Appointment Policy.
At RF Wellness every step will be taken to ensure that clients have the best possible experience and outcome from their appointment. In order to do this, the following post-care policy has been created to ensure that clients receive the best care and support following their session.
1. Clients should be encouraged to drink plenty of water after their session. This helps to flush out toxins and ensure that the body is able to rehydrate itself.
2. Clients should be encouraged to rest after their session. It is important to give the body time to process the work that has been done and to help it return to a state of balance.
3. Clients should be encouraged to continue with their self-care practices. This includes eating healthy, exercising regularly and getting enough sleep.
4. Clients should be provided with information about any additional treatments or services that may be beneficial for them.
5. Clients should be encouraged to contact Ruth if they have any questions or concerns about their session.
